• Supplier qualification: An agent that pulls supplier info across M3, email and external portals. Checks certifications, flags risk, and gathers contact details without manual digging. Shorter time from need to approved supplier.
• AP exception handling: An agent that takes every invoice that falls out of match; price variance, quantity variance, missing PO, and resolves or routes them automatically. Fewer stalled invoices, faster month-end close.
• Spend visibility: An agent that gives instant visibility into spend per supplier, category and cost centre across M3 and surrounding systems, without waiting for the next finance report. Better negotiation leverage, faster decisions.
